Access Management Officer (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
The main tasks of the User access Management/User access Control (UAM/UAC) team are :
° Support user community in Belgium and Europe for all UAM/UAC related questions.
° Create and maintain access to applications.
° Execute UAM/UAC related controls.
° Projects around UAM/UAC for the Belgian as well as the European scope.
° Reporting around KPI's for UAM/UAC.

Function Description
The Access Management Officer will be part of the existing team (5 persons). Although the Focus will be mainly on the UAM/UAC related projects, necessary attention needs to be given to the daily BAU tasks.
One of the main projects will be concerning the handling of functional mailboxes.

French Basic
Dutch Basic
English Fluent. This is the main contact language with all the stakeholders

Experience
We are looking for someone with technical background, who is able to function in a support related function (including contacts with user community). As one of the main projects will be around management of Functional Mailboxes, due to an Exchange migration, e-mail management skills are required.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
E-mail management skills - experience with Outlook and Exchange 2010/2013

Preferable
IT related skills (SQL, Excel, BO…)

Business Experience
Mandatory
At least 2 years of experience in the mail administration domain

Preferable
Experience with Access Management tools (Sailpoint or others) is a plus.
