Description: Must speak fluent FRENCH and/or DUTCH and ENGLISH.

Description:

- Provide guidance, training and support people in the implementation and operation of the functional Access Management Model;
- Drive and perform User Management tasks (Second line support) to establish and maintain a Role Model;
- Execute, alone or as a member of a team, all administrative tasks linked to the "User Management", as an actor of IT Security;
- Execute technical design, test and implementation of Permissions, Roles and Rules within an RBAC solution;
- Define, design, develop and implement methods, procedures and tools that allow the company to implement and operate the Functional Access Management model efficiently;
- Mobilize and work with all stakeholders - internal and external - for the improvement of the Access Management model and its operational efficiency.

Profile:

- You are quick self-starter, you have a pro-active attitude, and you are resilient;
- You have good Communication, Influencing, analytical and synthesis skills;
- You have proven autonomy, commitment and perseverance in personal organization;
- You are able to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment;
- You show strictness in project follow-up;
- You have 3 to 5 years' experience in an IT environment;
- You have experience in support functions;
- You have a functional background with excellent experience with MS Excel, MS Access tools, and know SQL querying;
- 1-2 years' experience in security technology and processes (Identity & Access Management aspects, Segregation of Duties, Role Rule
- Knowledge of the Information Security Standards
- Good knowledge in MS Active Directory, RACF, LDAP, RBAC tools and IAM validation processes is an asset;
