Access Co-Ordinator

ACCESS CO-ORDINATOR/PROJECT SUPPORT - IMMEDIATE START - 10 WEEK CONTRACT

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced project support/coordinator to join a well known rail, construction and engineering company to support in their London offices on a 10 week temporary contract position. You will assist the Senior Access Coordinator with booking access arrangements and protection staff. Together with the management of various licence and permits to allow project works to proceed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Arrange access to stations and track in accordance to current procedures and rules.
- Produce and maintain a schedule of all access booked.
- Undertake daily and weekly meetings for resource requirements
- Booking of protection resources from nominated suppliers
- Apply for and monitor permits and licenses, and maintain a schedule of current licenses.
- Ensure engineering work is correctly published..
- Provide delay/cancellation information for commercial team as required
- Administer Property portfolios and payments
- Coordinate late changes
- Produce and submit reports both internally and externally as required

You:

- Ability to understand relevant safety publications
- Good communication skills
- Use of bespoke of LUL/Rail booking Database
- Proficient with MS Office packages, particularly Word & Excel
- Good office administration skills
