ABOUT THE RESUME:

Make sure that the client is looking for a strong Statistical Analyst who has SAS programming experience with SQL and/or DB2. Please make sure that your candidate's analysis experience is clearly explained in-depth on their Resume in regards to the project, the actual data analysis performed, the SAS procedures taken, the statistical methods used, and what the conclusion/outcome/results were.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Develops difficult statistical analysis using standard reporting, ad hoc reporting, and data mining tools in order to identify patterns and trends.
- Prepares charts, illustrations, and other graphics and narrative reports to identify and explain data findings.
- Will work with extremely large data sets and will be responsible for data cleansing.

CANDIDATE TECHNICAL BACKGROUND:

- Professional experience with statistical practices.
- SAS programming experience.
- Strong statistical analysis skills.
- Experience with SQL or native SQL
- Experience with large data sets AND data cleansing experience.
- Business Objects experience is desired.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of relational database structures.
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral formats is required.
- Professional experience with statistical practices Required 4 Years    
- Experience with Business Objects Desired 3 Years    
- 4-year degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related Required           
- SAS Programming Experience Required
- 4 Years Experience with DB2, SQL Required
