Project History 

 
Job Title: ​Senior Software Developer 

Dates of Employment: ​September 2019 – Now 

Project​: E-Commerce B2C solution for European shoe retailer. 

  
The project is in the late stage and a lot of time is spent on support and refactoring. A significant amount of tasks are

dedicated to order flow delivery improvements, CI/CD enhancements are also a part of responsibilities. The team is

spread across Europe. 
  
Responsibilities​: Supporting production incidents and developing new order flow features, improving CI/CD flow. 

Job Title: ​Team Lead Java/Hybris Software Engineer 

Dates of Employment: ​March 2019 - September 2019 

Project​: E-Commerce B2C shop for an upmarket furniture brand from DACH region. 

  
The project was in the stage of transfer between 2 teams, so Kanban approach was applied. The main focus was on the

customer assistant support system which required SAP webservices interaction along with DIVA system interaction. 
  
Responsibilities​: CI/CD and Git strategies setup and support, production support, tasks related to DIVA configuration

application to the e-commerce system. 
  
Job Title: ​Team Lead/Software Developer 

Dates of Employment: ​December 2018 – February 2019 

Project​: E-Commerce B2C solution for a European grocery retailer. 

Stream: ​Production Support 

  
The main focus of the team was urgent production issues handling, that required a lot of Kibana logs investigation and

.groovy scripts development. Apache Solr was one of the areas where more investigation and fixing was required. The

team had to transfer to the Kanban approach to become more flexible in urgent bugs resolution. 
  
Responsibilities​: Performing distributed team leader responsibilities. Working on a sub-project related to creating a

custom business process for the new type of fulfillment.

As SEO became on the main team domains, it was crucial to integrate with services provided by Google. The Google

Merchant Center integration required a fundamental approach and changes in all application layers. Spring MVC and

IMPEX frameworks allowed to transfer of advised Google approach to e-commerce platform architecture.

Responsibilities​: Having full ownership over a two-phase sub-project related to integration with Google Merchant

Center. Supporting production after releases, fixing urgent bugs in short terms.

Project​: E-Commerce B2C solution for Canadian Clothing and Accessories retailer. 

  
The pre-release stage of the project was proceeding under strict deadlines, in order to meet them some people were

temporarily involved to solve "out of team capacity" tasks. The scope was mainly dedicated to order fulfillment and

emailing, so that required changes in process engine which is built on Spring framework and .vm templates.

The team was mainly responsible for working with administration cockpits which required a lot of XML configuration

and .jsp changes. The project was at the fast-growing stage, so all processes were changing and a lot of people were

coming. The CI/CD stabilization was one of the mail team goals at that moment. 
  
Responsibilities​: Working on a project during its’ transformation to a monthly-release approach. Taking CI/CD duty

responsibilities, developing stories under strict deadlines, participation in MTP’s (move to production) procedures.
