8-11 (1 PROJECT)
12-15 (1+ PROJECTS)

FULL TIME, FIXED TERM CONTRACT - 12 MONTHS

Following a recent service restructure we have the following vacancies within the Functional Youth Work Delivery Area of Non Centre Based Youth Work.

YOUTH WORK TEAM LEADER OPPORTUNITIES:

- 1 VACANCY BASED IN MID ESSEX (CHELMSFORD/BRAINTREE/MALDON)
- 1 VACANCY BASED IN NORTH EAST (COLCHESTER/TENDRING)

Working through the Operational functional area of Raising Attainment you will be joining a team committed to engaging young people through a range of Youth Work projects including Alternative Education, Complementary Education, Princes Trust, National Citizen Service plus other bespoke pieces of work.

For Professional Youth Workers you will need to hold, or working towards, a recognised Professional Youth Work qualification and have experience of working with challenging groups of young people as well as delivering against externally funded pieces of work. You will be comfortable and confident in working with external partners and schools in responding flexibly to meet emerging needs.
