Year 6 Teacher Required

Capita Education are seeking Year 6 primary teachers in Essex to start in January

Our client is looking for a year 6 teacher to start in January 2014.

This is a good three form entry school based in Essex. Ofsted has said that it provides a rich learning environment which promotes pupils' personal development and enjoyment of learning. Pupils' attitude to work is good and this adds greatly to their achievement. Relationships throughout the school are very good, and children enjoy coming to school and want to do well'

Main duties will include:

*To establish a purposeful learning environment
*To adhere to a clear framework for classroom discipline and strategies for recognising, encouraging and rewarding good behaviour
*To set challenging teaching and learning objectives which are relevant to all pupils
*To make appropriate use of a range of monitoring and assessment strategies to evaluate pupils progress
*Demonstrate commitment to professional development and learning and development of pupils.

Successful Primary Teachers must have:
* QTS & eligibility to work within the UK
* Promote equal opportunities in the classroom
* Extensive subject knowledge
* Think and plan strategically
* Commitment to learning and development of pupils
* Teach at a consistently good and outstanding level
* Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents and students
* Experienced Primary Teachers and NQTs welcome

As DfE Quality Mark holders, Capita Education requires all primary teachers to have a fully enhanced CRB check, minimum of two references plus a face to face interview.
