Year 6 Teacher

At Simply Education we are currently working closely with a Junior school in Wellingborough to find a strong year 6 teacher for a full time position which is available immediately.

This Catholic Junior School in Wellingborough is looking for a fully qualified and experienced Key Stage 2 teacher with experience in Year 6. So far the school hasn't been able to find a suitable candidate so the class is being covered by the schools head. As the role is full time and long term, planning and preparation will be expected (this will be paid accordingly).

The Requirements:

As the successful Year 6 Teacher you will need to;
- Be a newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of education.
- Have the ability and experience of teaching in Year 6.
- Have strong classroom management skills.
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and a creative approach is necessary.
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
- Possess the passion to teach Year 6.
