Capita Education is seeking strong Year 6 teacher to start in January covering a Maternity Absence until the end of summer term 2014 in Hackney

The schools around the area are fully resourced, have high expectations and follow a mission statement of progressing.
The schools have been rated 'good' in their previous Ofsted report and the outcome shows there is a good level of teaching and pupils are engaged and willing to learn if attention is given.

The schools currently have enthusiastic supportive staff with a 'can do attitude' along with children with good behaviour management achieving great standards educationally. Almost three quarters of the school is Multi cultural with English as their second language.

I am currently recruiting an outstanding Year 6 Primary Teacher with a minimum of 12 Months experience in a school environment, the teacher would have excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and be active and innovating when planning lessons to meet the needs of the pupils with different abilities. Qualified teacher status (QTS) is an essential requirement.

The candidate should be literacy and numeracy literate, and able to keep to task throughout the lesson, you should be aware that no class is the same and there may be a difference in each child's learning needs, therefore being adaptable is a must and be able to maintain consistency leading to a productive class.
It is your responsibility to plan and prepare a lesson plan before pupils start and keep the class organised. You may be expected to at times stay extra hours in order to completing marking pupils work and drafting reports to present to parent on parent evening

You will have good communication skills and class management skills and be able to liaise and bond with school staff as well as children and their parents. You will be expected to deliver exceptional standard of work and dedication during your role, ensuring you meet needs of the pupils accordingly.
