Projektbeschreibung
This would be a full teaching role. The right candidate would be responsible for all planning and preparing, parent's evenings and associated extra-curricular activities. The school employs a number of Teaching Assistants that would also be on hand to help in the classroom.
The right candidate would be joining a high-achieving school where expectations are high. Full support will be given from the SLT and if everything goes well up until July then there is a strong chance that the role will become permanent.
The Requirements:
As the successful Year 4 Teacher you will need to;
- Be a newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of education.
- Have the ability and experience of teaching in Year 4.
- Have strong classroom management skills.
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and a creative approach is necessary.
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
