Year 3 Teacher Flitwick

A small lower school near Flitwick are recruiting for a Year 3 teacher to start at the end of September for a 0.4 contract. The right candidate will be required for two full days on a Tuesday and Thursday. This role will be entirely classroom based and no planning or additional responsibilities will be inclusive.

This small lower school has a friendly atmosphere and a caring ethos. Standards are high, however, so the right candidate will need to demonstrate a high level of teaching ability. The school would ideally look to appoint someone with previous experience of a split role so as to minimise any potential issues.

The Requirements:

As the successful Year 3 Teacher you will need to;
- Be a newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of education.
- Have the ability and experience of teaching in Year 3.
- Have strong classroom management skills.
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and a creative approach is necessary.
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
