Year 3 Primary Teacher - Thame

Simply Education are now interviewing for a Key Stage 2 post (KS2), based in a village school just outside Thame. Covering maternity leave for 6 months, the Primary School are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 (KS2) Class Teacher to oversee a Year 3 Class and the role will suit those possessing NQT or QTS status.

Working within a large Primary School, who pride themselves on offering current National Curriculum standards in a vibrant and progressive manner, ensuring that all pupils benefit from activities and that good progress is made throughout their schooling. The School provides values-led education and are looking for a Key Stage 2 (KS2) practitioner who will share it\'s ethos. Working within a positive and focussed staff team, this role will require a Primary Teacher with previous experience of Key Stage 2 (KS2) provision and would be suited to NQT\'S or those possessing QTS.

As the successful Year 3 Teacher you will need to;
- Posses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Newly Qualified Status (NQT) with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of Education
- Have the ability and experience of teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2)
- Have strong classroom management skills
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and a creative approach is necessary
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
