Year 3 / 4 Teacher - Kingstanding

A large school in North Birmingham are looking for an experienced practitioner to join their Key Stage 2 team in October. The role will be in one of Year 3 or 4. The school feel it is more important to identify the right person first and will then decide where they are best suited. The school, therefore, would like to invite applications from specialists in all of these year groups.

The school offers a very supportive senior leadership team who will work hard to ensure a smooth transition for the new member of staff. The school would prefer someone with experience but will happily accept applications from outstanding NQTs.
Requirements:
As the successful Key Stage 2 Teacher you will need to;
- Be a newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of education.
- Have the ability and experience of teaching in Key Stage 2.
- Have strong classroom management skills.
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and a creative approach is necessary.
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
- Possess the passion to teach Key Stage 2 children.
