Year 1 Teacher

Simply Education have strong working relationships with a large number of Infant and Primary Schools across Oxfordshire who require newly and fully qualified teachers for their daily, short and long term and supply needs.

Supply teaching is a great way of gaining more experience within a school environment whether you are a NQT or a retired teacher wanting ad hoc days to stay in the profession you love. Having been established since 2009 in Oxfordshire, we have a network of public and private schools that we work in partnership with.

The Requirements:

As the successful Year 1 Teacher you will need to;
- Be a newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of Education
- Have the ability and experience of teaching in Year 1
- Have strong classroom management skills
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and a creative approach is necessary
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
- Possess the passion to teach Year 1.
