Yardi Propware - Business Analyst

IT BUSINESS ANALYST REQUIRED: MUST HAVE PROPERTY MANAGEMET SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE.

INTERNATIONAL PLAYER IN THE PROPERTY MARKET ARE IN NEED OF A PROJECT MANAGER WITH PROPERTY SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE TO JOIN A GROWING TEAM BASED IN LONDON. IDEAL CANDDIATES WILL HAVE PREVIOUS PROPERTY EXPERIENCE, SPECIFICALLY DEALING WITH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS. THIS ROLE WOULD BETTER SUIT AN INDIVIDUAL WITH INSIGHT AND KNOWLEDGE INTO THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MARKET.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE IT PROJECT MANAGER- YARDI PROPWARE/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.

Working within the IT Department, Commercial Applications team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks to manage the software applications used by the commercial property and asset management business, with responsibility for:

Managing the full software applications life cycle, from identifying opportunities to improve the effectiveness of the business by using new or existing software, assessing the suitability of software identified by the business, requirements definition, system specification, product selection, implementation, testing, training and on-going support, whether the software applications being used are bespoke, off-the-shelf or somewhere in between.

The role will be responsible for managing resources allocated to help deliver projects and provide support, whether these are supplier resources, within the IT Department or the wider business. Ensuring application support is transferred to the Supplier or Service Delivery part of the IT Department and delivered within agreed SLAs.

Acting as an IT relationship manager and a point of escalation for IT issues which are not dealt with in line with user expectations.

Input to IT budgets, monitoring expenditure against those budgets and maintaining forecasts.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL SKILLS PROFILE

Commercial property and asset management and/or accounts payable automation

Proven track record of delivering successful IT projects

KNOWLEDGE OF YARDI PROPWARE, SOFTOLOGY, KOFAX, PALETTE ARENA AND QLIKVIEW OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS DESIRABLE

Ability to use Windows 7, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office 2010, Word, Excel and Outlook

PERSONAL SKILLS PROFILE

Ability to manage multiple projects, organising them in to a well-planned and resourced programme working to a prioritisation and timetable agreed with the business.

Ability to work within a high pressure environment and balance priorities between the provision of a high standard of service for existing systems, whilst progressing the overall software applications programme.
