XML, XSD, UML Specialist for Client in the Hague/NL

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A XML, XSD, UML SPECIALIST TO WORK AT OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN THE HAGUE/THE NETHERLANDS.

TASKS

- Maintenance of existing XML data structures
- Development of new XML data structures
- Technical support for XML data structures

We are to provide maintenance of the existing XML structures to ensure that they are kept available and in line with the business requirements. These activities include the maintenance/improvement of the PDM version control repository (SVN) for XML structures and ensuring the required DTD's, Schemas, TEI-ODD versions are correct and available to be used/called by the authorized clients (eg. applications) when needed. Maintenance activities may involve corrections or adaption of existing XML structures.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience on Datamodelling (eg. using UML)
- Experience on Class modelling (eg. using UML)
- Expertise on data encoding (eg. using XML, XSD)
- Good knowledge of CSS, XSLT and Scripting languages (eg JAVASCRIPT)
- Knowledge of data encoding standards and frameworks such as W3C, RelaxNG, JSON, TEI.
- Knowledge of JAVA, Grovy, Ruby would be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Used to using scrum methodology
- JIRA
- SVN
- Excellent English language skills with the ability to express technical matters
