X3 CONFIRMATIONS COORDINATOR - (OIL/ENERGY TRADING)

x3 Contract/Confirmations Coordinator urgently required for a 12 month contract for a leading Energy Trading organisation located in the City of London.

You will be responsible for draft spot and term contracts, generating contracts with the FED contract generation system, the Contracts Coordinators ensure all contracts for sales and purchases are drafted (or responded to) before dispatching/reverting to counterparties. Follow up the deals post-dispatch to ensure that contract confirmations are sent and received, correspondence concerning the contract is dealt with in a timely manner, and the terms of the deal are fully recorded in the deal capture system (FED) and the written contract. Check the use of non standard wording in contracts with the Commercial Advisors (who you will work closely with) to assess the wider implications of deviating from standard contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a recent background as a Confirmations/Settlements Coordinator for an Oil/Energy Trading organisation and will be familiar with physical crude and products.
