X2 Technical Project Managers (WTG)

A Renewable Energy client is looking for 2 Technical Project Managers (WTG) to work on their offshore wind farm project. The client is looking for the Technical Project Managers (WTG) to start the role approximately 23rd February 2015 up until the 23rd July 2015 with the possibility of further 2 months extension. Work pattern: 5 working days per week, up to 7 hours a day, but 4 on average.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the management of the technical part of the wind turbine supply within scope, quality, human resource, communication, risk, HSE, and procurement management.
Lead technical discussions with suppliers and manage employer s requirements related to the delivery of the technical solutions.
Participate in negotiation of contracts, including variation orders and claims.
Manage technical interfaces to foundations, electrical systems and operations.
Handle QA/QC of design solutions.
Deliver WTG related parts of the certification package.
Deliver the technical documentation.

Qualifications/Experience:

3 years Project Management
BSc in Engineering or similar knowledge about the technical aspects and functionalities of the WTG supply
Experience, Knowledge and competence equivalent to IPMA level B/C and/or PMI PMP
Experience with contract conditions (eg FIDIC (Red, Yellow and white)
Leadership skills
