X2 Systems/Business Analysts - Siebel CRM - Federal Government

A highly-regarded Federal Government department is looking to engage TWO (2) SYSTEMS/BUSINESS ANALYSTS for their Canberra office to provide sound solutions to business requirements for the core Siebel system. The successful candidates will work closely with internal and external business stakeholders to analyse defects and implement workable solutions. 

Your responsibilities will include (but won't be limited to) the following:

- negotiating scope within technical and resourcing limitations
- preparing for and conducting analysis and design workshops
- liaising with staff and external stakeholders to ensure business needs are well understood 
- providing advice on the relative risks of project-related decisions
- analysing issues/defects raised and determining resolutions

To be successful, you will need to possess the following:

- Proven experience in large-scale system development projects with demonstrated skills in systems analysis.
- High level interpersonal skills
- High level organisational skills, the ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and commit to action.
- Experience working within a government department (desirable)
- Knowledge of the Siebel Customer Relationship Management product (desirable)
