X2 Project Manager - ICT - Federal Government

A large Federal Government department is currently looking for x2 experienced PROJECT MANAGERS to join their team in Canberra. This is a fantastic opportunity to get into a government role where you will be managing and assisting in a number of ICT projects.

To be successful, you will need to possess the following:

- Extensive experience in project management and coordinating multiple projects (internal and external to an agency) using standard project management methodologies.
- Manage, co-ordinate and report on issues, risks, change and defects on all projects internal and external to the department
- Actively communicate with stakeholders (internal and external agencies) including planning meetings, status updates and design, build and test co-ordination.
- Perform risk management of project activities
- Take the lead role in cross agency defect management.
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Project.
