X2 Contract Completions Engineer, Aberdeen

I am looking for two Senior Completions Engineers for office based roles from Aberdeen. I need candidates to be able to start by the beginning of January by the latest. This role is expected to run for 16-24 months in duration with good day rates on offer.

Role:

The role is split between managerial and technical responsibilities. The technical part of the role includes a proven track record in completion design and execution , ESP experience and Well Integrity experience. Projects will include to design, plan, programme and support the offshore construction of completions for ESP, Water Injection and production wells capable of natural flow.

Daily duties and responsibilities:
Produce conceptual completion designs, developing the design criteria set out by subsurface prospect data sheets. Appraise conceptual designs from a technical and a cost perspective to select and define final specification
Liaise with key departments including contracts, subsurface, drilling, production, well services, subsea and the Duty Holder to ensure alignment of expectations with regard to well delivery
Work with subcontractors to develop detailed design to enable production of a safe and efficient work programme
Produce probabilistic cost estimates for inclusion and production of the well AFE
Provide Completion engineering expertise to the Senior Drilling Engineer to ensure compatibility in the well design
Write the completion Basis of Design and Peer review for each well
Chair completion programme Risk Assessments and HAZOPs
