MY DUTIES:

-External product manager for the employee magazine
-Research and writing of articles in German and English
-Selection, briefing and guidance for photo- and videographers
-Review, control and adaptation of translations and proof-reading-processes
-Initiate and supervise legal review & online publishing processes
-Manage reader & communication department requests via telephone and email
-Establish and manage connections with external partners like printing and publishing houses, graphic designers and translation companies
-Establish and manage connections with internal partners like Content Management Services, Human Resources, Social Media & Communication departments, interview partners etc.

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-German and English fluently, good knowledge of French
-Independent, precise and responsible way of working
-In-depth experience in journalism and communication management
-Understanding of chemical and pharmaceutical substances, reactions, processes and manufacturing in general
