WPS Operational Support Consultant - ITIL - MS Office Apps. - Dutch Based - Dutch and English Speaking

Responsibilities
Manage email requests
Assess and assign non-standard service requests
Address incoming incidents and changes
Manage Certified Software List Generic toolboxes
Decide on what is in and what is out
Work closely with the global license desk and other toolbox owners/stakeholders
Manage/monitor BU S&C Authorized SW list
Coordinate life cycle management of these applications. (global deployments)
Manage Workplace Operations
Weekly Ops meeting
Prepare monthly SLR
Manage WPS changes
Keep aligned with APAC Manufacturing (meeting Cliff)
Keep aligned with xFSL HCL services (biweekly SLR meeting)
Handle WPS escalations
Knowledge
ITIL processes
General knowledge Workplace
Hardware
Windows7 and Windows10
MS Office apps
Image deployment
SW/Updates deployment
General knowledge on Office365
Mail
SharePoint
OneDrive
ServiceNow.Com ITSM tooling (preferred)

Skills
Dutch
