MY DUTIES:

-Implements marketing strategies in collaboration with the global multi-functional team to maximize value and provides strategic support to the department
-Leads the development, launch, roll-out and maintenance of global Multichannel campaigns targeting appropriate customer groups according to brand strategy and frontline need
-Drives new insights through integration of data from all countries and customer groups
-Designs war gaming/simulation scenarios to identify trends, opportunities and threats worldwide and in key local markets for product group and proposes corresponding measures
-Develops sales forecasts scenarios and sensitivity analyses
-Leads communication: drives product messaging and communication strategies across customer groups
-Contributes to stakeholder mapping
-Leads the development of full-scale communication plans
-Provides leadership to design and delivery of marketing mix, balancing ROI with brand KPIs
-Leads marketing related pilots and shares best practices across the organization

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Degree in Business Marketing or similar, ideally with some experience in Brand management
-Good experience with multichannel and digital marketing, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or close industries
-Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams/virtual teams
-Profound knowledge of operational marketing experience including customer facing experience, and/or profound experience in operational marketing
-Solid clear communication across countries with different cultures
-Fluent in English (oral and written), other languages are a plus
