Workstream Lead / Programme Manager

Externally you will be required to facilitate contracts with external service suppliers as foundation to building relationships with them. You will also mobilise external 3rd Party Logistics solutions through initial preparation to controlled environments.

Internally you will be required to set up and manage support activities in the new organisation such as back office, planning and reporting, and scheduling. The Work Stream Lead will also be responsible for mobilising Technical and Quality Assurance activities such as technical helpdesks in the Metering market, and quality assurance audits and remediation expediting.

The person required should come with proven experience of working as a Senior Manager or Work Stream Lead within similar capacity in previous roles with the ability to influence and engage on all corporate levels within a complex matrix managed environment.

The Ideal candidate will come from a consulting background gained from the consultancy arena or will have experience of similar roles in unionised environments. Knowledge of field services particularly in the energy field would be preferred otherwise similar with a comparable level of complexity and regulation (e.g. Telecommunications) would be ideal.
