Workstream Lead - Operational Tax, Fatca, Agile, Investment Banking

WORKSTREAM LEAD - OPERATIONAL TAX, FATCA, AGILE, INVESTMENT BANKING

Our client, a large Investment Bank, are currently looking for a Workstream Lead to join a large Operational Tax programme.

The candidate will work closely with the Operational Tax Project Manager and will support the next phase of the programme.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

- Responsible for implementing a common reporting standard solution for the bank
- Deliver projects within an Agile framework
- Lead key project meetings and working groups
- Define, establish and operate a management and control framework that is fit for purpose
- Establish and maintain detailed project level plans
- Actively manage day to day activities and ensure delivery accountability
- Build strong working relationships with technology partners to implement Operational Tax strategy

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

- A proven track record of delivering regulatory change
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations such as FATCA or Operational Tax
- Demonstrable knowledge of Agile and previous experience of working within an agile framework
- An extensive background within Investment Banking

Candidates must have the essential experience; an Investment Banking background is critical.
