Workstream Lead - Financial Service - London

Our Client, a financial services company, has a requirement for a Workstream Lead to have responsibility for a defined set of project deliverables.

The role will require the following from the successful candidate:

- Agreeing the workstream definition and delegated scope with the Project Manager, taking responsibility for delivery of the delegated product set
- Agree the reporting requirements for the workstream with the Project Manager
- Planning the workstream in detail, taking responsibility for the progress of the work and the use of resources.
- Initiating corrective actions to assure delivering when necessary, within the constraints laid down by the Project Manager
- Managing specific issues and risk relating to the workstream
- Ensuring the workstream products are delivered to appropriate quality levels and that signoff and acceptance process are in place for deliverables
- Monitoring and accurately communicating progress against the plan including timescales, costs, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Managing stakeholders to enable the successful delivery of the workstream

The successful candidate will have the following:

- Proven workstream and full project life cycle experience
- A strong background within Financial Services
