Workstream Lead-Credit Services TOM Implementation/Contract

Our client a leading global bank is looking for a Workstream Lead for the implementation of a new Front Office aligned customer intelligence based credit servives utility.

The ideal candidate will have extensive project management skills and preferably have a consultancy background who has proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop the CLU workstream plan within constraints, considering the delivery approach, key milestones and dependencies within the plan, requirements and scope, effort and resources, budgets and quality.
- Plan effectively around delivery constraints and optimise the plan to maximise benefits and minimise risk.
- Ensure the baselined scope, requirements, benefits, schedule and budget are delivered for the workstream. Identify and intervene where there is slippage and variance from plan.
- Proactive tracking of workstream risks/issues/dependencies, assessing the impact on the benefit realisation for the project and taking action to minimise impact, actively challenging and removing obstacles.
- Effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholder and business partners to ensure the right workstream outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Extensive project management skills and experience of managing large and complex projects.
- Strong people manager and influencer, particularly in a global/cross border context.
- Operational experience in a Global Banking Front Office and/or Credit and Risk environment strongly desired.
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, and helping shape project governance.
- Demonstrable history of implementation, change management and benefits realisation.
- Experience in driving business led change across multiple asset classes/business functions.
