Workstation Support Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Configures, installs, monitors, and maintains IT users' Workstation software and hardware. Ensures proper backing up of data from user workstations.
- Provides troubleshooting, technical support and guidance to end users and less experienced personnel. Develops end user guidelines.
- Tests and validates application packages. Troubleshoots, maintains, modifies and documents application packages
- Documents configurations and standards so that other staff can reference similar issues and improve resolution time.
- May perform incoming work ticket dispatching/work queue monitoring.
- May also keep up with surplus or inventory and other administrative tasks.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

- Associates Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR Certification from approved Vendor/Technical Institution OR Extra 2 Years Technical Operations Support Work Experience Required
- 2 Years Technical Operations Support Experience Required
- Experience working at an Enterprise Level/Large Corporate Environment Required
- 2nd Level Desktop Support and Analysis Experience Required
- A+ Certification Required
