Workpack Development Engineer - 6 Months Contract

I have a number of opportunities for experienced workpack engineers to be based inAberdeen. These are contract roles to be based in the offices of both operators and drilling contractors.

We can offer contracts of between 6-12 months but as per most contracts of this nature the long term scope for work is very high. Competitive hourly / day rates are assured.

My client is a leading international service, and as such the work will encompass the following responsibilities. Naturally, successful candidates will have experience in these areas:

* Insulation and industrial coatings
* offshore surveys
* Preparing CTR's, workpacks and method statements
* site visits as required
* Good working knowledge of core disciplines ie Scaffolding, painting, insulation, Passive Fire Protection
* Appreciation of specialist disciplines ie LSA, Cleaning, Architectural, abseiling etc
* Oversee the planning of the contract and specific workscopes
* Ensure compliance with relevant HSEQ Procedures, cost and schedule control
* Provide technical support to offshore and onshore teams across all disciplines
* Raise all work orders / job cards for offshore activities
* Liaise with clients, project teams and sub-contractors throughout project
* Ensure smooth mobilisation of personnel, plant, equipment and materials

Previous experience within the Oil & Gas sector is a must, as you will be required to complete all work according to industry standards. These are urgent requirements, with an ideal start date of before Christmas so I urge you to get in touch ASAP.
