We, SAP (Switzerland) AG, are looking for a working student to support us in our daily work in all areas in the Legal Department.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We offer you an hourly employment with a workload of approx. 40% as a working student in the Field Legal Department. You will have the opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experience and gain insights into the cutting-edge IT law challenges of an international software and cloud company.

Your tasks are very varied and may include in particular:
. Revision and localization of Software, Cloud and Partner contracts
. Support in responding to tenders
. Research on legal issues, in particular in the areas of contract law, data protection law and intellectual property law
. Participation in international projects
. Advising internal customers, especially in the areas of purchasing and marketing

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
. Law student (5th/6th semester Bachelor of Law)
. Endurance in routine work
. Motivation and ambition to put your acquired knowledge into practice
. Reliability, efficiency and independent working
. Enjoy interaction with stakeholders
. Very good command of written and spoken German and English, knowledge of French would be an advantage

WORK EXPERIENCE
Experience as an intern at another company is an advantage.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages.
