Workforce Planning Manager

My client a leading energy provider in the UK currently has an opportunity for a Workforce Planning Manager. The person required shall be provide and implement recommendations and offer on-going subject matter expertise to Senior Operational Management on how to effectively deploy resources to meet forecast demand and how to best utilise and manage the new work management system.

The person required should have previous experience in a Senior Resource Planning role, specifically from a contact centre with high volume processing. You should have experience of operating and maintaining a workforce management system for up to 500 FTE.

You should be able to demonstrate evidence of acting with highly numeric, fast thinking approach to problem solving with the ability to balance a heavy workload and aggressive timescales whilst having an attention to detail.
