A leading French based It consultancy require the services of an experienced Workforce manager to Join them in the south of France on a 6 month contract.

Phase 1: Choice of the Workforce Management solution:
*Experience on Workforce management solution(s) in context of managing contact center resources.
*Experience/skills in interacting with contact center managers and users to gather requirements related to Workforce management solution (fluent English - written and spoken - required)
*Capacity to perform and analysis and comparison of various Workforce management solutions and to recommend our team the solution best fitting the requirements 

Phase 2: After the Workforce solution has been chosen:
*Set up the project plan to deploy the solution in Amadeus (resources, timing)
*Interact and co-ordinate activities of Amadeus teams that need to be involved in the deployment of the Workforce management solution
*Co-ordinate the solution provider to deploy and configure the solution to Amadeus
*Communicate and train the end users to use the Workforce management solution.
