I am urgently seeking a Workforce Intelligence Manager for an initial 3 month contract based in the South East starting ASAP.
Essential Experience for this post will include:
- NHS experience.
- Must have strong skills within ESR.
- Be the organisation's face of ESR.
- Reporting from ESR.
- Significant experience of managing and analysing workforce information.
- Experience of leading Information and Reporting projects within Workforce.
- Experience of providing expert advice on Workforce Information and Workforce Planning issues.
This assignment will suit an experienced Workforce Analyst or an emerging HR Professional with substantial experience with ESR and Workforce Information.
