Workforce and OD Specialist

Austin Fraser are working in partnership with a NHS Trust and are looking for a interim to support the workforce and OD modelling initiative.

The ideal candidate will have exposure of workforce modelling and can support the clinical units going through consultation. As a seasoned interim you'll have exposure across the healthcare community ideally with a balance of acute and community experience, working to best practice and underpinned by sound employment law you will engage and energise a range of stakeholders from Executive Directors to Clinical staff.

You will have a demonstrable track record of restructuring providing clear direction and advice based on robust facts and detailed business/workforce analysis. With such a complex programme with a significant amount of anxiety any recommendations will need to stand up to scrutiny. With an engaging and positive style you will quickly gain credibility with key stakeholders to ensure areas of efficiency and savings are realised.

The ideal interim will look to deliver an efficient and effective program whilst creating a template to improve knowledge transfer and ensure any changes are sustainable longer term.
