WORKFLOW AND BPI/BPM PROJECT MANAGER (CONTRACT, ASSET MGT, 6M+)

My client is a well respected global Asset Management firm located in Zurich. They are looking for a Project Manager or functional Business Analyst with a very good understanding of BPI/BPM and workflow- processes with extensive industry-experience. The project length will be at least 6 months up to several years. The start-date is planned for beginning of September.

TASKS:

- Project Management/Business Analysis for Business Process Improvement and BPM projects with a functional focus on the business side (Asset Management)
- Design process flows, data structures and business logic
- Integrate solutions
- Define standards and methods for BPM process implementation
- Provide input into requirements for "To Be" processes, including process design, data management, business rules and management information
- Creation of automated workflow solutions
- Act as interface between BPM team and technology areas
- Testing and roll out of redesigned processes and solutions
- Documenting and maintaining the methods for BPMS process implementation
- Mentoring of BPM team members

REQUIREMENTS:

- Several years experience in Project Management or functional Business Analysis
- Very good knowledge in BPM, workflow patterns and data management
- Work experience in either Asset Management or Investment Banking is mandatory
- Good integration knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good people-management skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts with stakeholders at all levels
- Preferably certified in recognised process improvement methods (eg Six Sigma)
- Fluency in English language (written & spoken)
