IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Provide workflow wupport for IT Policies & Procedures
-Select, customize, implement, support, monitor & control a workflow tool, which supports the IT Policy Landscape Office (PLO) and the respective IT Procedure Owners & Authors in ensuring and documenting, that all IT-related rule-setting documents (IT Policies & IT Procedures) are being properly reviewed, approved & communicated

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience with BPM or other workflow tool and experience in designing and configuring workflow tools
-Experience regarding development, training, implementation and control of IT Policies, IT Procedures and IT Good Practices
-Knowledge of international standards or best practices in the area of SW Engineering and IT Application Management (e.g.: COBIT, CMMI, ISO 12207/15504, ITIL, MSP)
-Excellent analytical skills, flexibility regarding problem solving
-Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and local language (written/verbal) as appropriate
-Able to work in fast paced environment
-Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members
-Working experience in SW development and/or IT Application Management
-CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or equivalent
-Very good knowledge of Microsoft’s office products
