TOP SKILLS A WORKER'S COMP CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE SHOULD POSSESS:

- BEST QUALIFIED CANDIDATE MUST BE BILINGUAL- ENGLISH & SPANISH.
- Investigation, management, and disposition of Florida workers' compensation claims
- Individual needs to be a great communicator

WHAT THE WORKER'S COMP CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE DOING:

- Best qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of medical and legal terminology
- Also, be able to an analytical individual, with great organizational skills who can ensure all details are covered.

WHAT THE WORKER'S COMP CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE NEEDS TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Best qualified candidate will have two to three (2-3) years of experience dealing with fast paced work environment, accurately checking in patient information and workers comp material
- Furthermore, that candidate will understand the aspects of working in a team environment and focus on the various tasks at hand
- Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Manage high quantity of Workers Comp Cases
- Bilingual - English & Spanish
