Projektbeschreibung
- Monitors and manages the TPA adjusters who adjust, investigate and settle WC and Liability insurance claims of a moderate to severe nature.
- Examines claims and other records to determine insurance coverage, best practice compliance and appropriate resolution for the claims.
- Recommends proactive action and tracks adjuster's activity regarding resolution and/or settlement of claims in accordance with prescribed authority.
SKILLS:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH WORKERS COMP CLAIMS ADJUSTING.
Typically requires a college degree and two to four years' experience in claims adjusting. Strong communication skills, written and verbal, required. Experience will be considered in lieu of college degree. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs also needed.
