Workday Technical/Functional Consultant

WORKDAY - CONFIGURATION - TESTING - HR PROCESS - BUSINESS PROCESS - SYSTEM ANALYSIS - UAT -STAKEHOLDER

WORKDAY TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

OUR GLOBAL CLIENT ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A WORKDAY CONSULTANT ON A CONTRACT BASIS TO FACILITATE WORKDAY SYSTEM CONFIGURATION CHANGES AND OPTIMISATION OF HR BUSINESS PROCESSES.

TASKS INCLUDE:

- Configuration support of the Workday system including;
- Annual compensation, benefit and absence programs.
- Configuration of system user security access
- Maintain key master data
- Upload data using EIB's
- Unit test system configuration changes, support integration and UAT
- Provide Business process support including
- Business process design - explain merits to stakeholders
- Provide guidance and expertise to the project team on optimum use of the system and available configuration options
- Analyse system and data issues to identify root causes.
- Work with stakeholders to understand functional requirements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Around 2 years' experience with Workday in a functional configuration role.
- Around 2 years' experience with system analysis and business process evaluation.
- Knowledge of HR Systems and processes
- Review and evaluate business requirements
