WORKDAY SUPPORT ANALYST needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Roswell, GA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- This role will provide technical support to our Workday application.
- May provide production support by troubleshooting, security configuration for HR, employee and manger direct access, business process workflow edits, create and/or update reports, process configuration, provide production support by troubleshooting.
- Must have the ability to create Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) to update organization, compensation, personal data, etc.
- May consult on new release functionality
- The ideal candidate will have worked on Workday implementation project, not just been to training.
- Provides Tier 2 level support for Workday - specifically focusing on North America.
- Provides delivery and interpretation for HR processes and expert advice to local HR for communication back to managers and employees.
- Is responsible for resolving issues, interpreting or clarifying requests to improve support ticket completion times, and escalating work to the Global HRIS team as appropriate.
- Partnering with Global HRIS team and regional HR teams to ensure they leverage Workday effectively and that they are able to support managers and employees to be proficient with the tools.
- First line support for Workday issues for country HR teams in their region.
- Responsible for the timely resolution of issues and escalations to the Global HRIS team as required
- Administering business process approvals including reassigning workflow tasks
- Creating spreadsheets for mass data changes
- Maintaining regional organizational unit data
- Assigning users to position-based security roles
- Obtaining compensation approval of new job profile requests and submitting them to the global team
- Answering questions about HR business processes (ie transfers, promotions, etc.), delegation, and the use of Employee/Manager Direct Access
- Conducting security access audits
- Facilitating or conducting local language release testing

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- The manager is looking for someone with at least one (1) year experience with Workday.
- SAP experience as well is a plus.
- Must have three (3) years plus of total systems experience.
