We are seeking a WorkDay Reporting Analyst(Remote) for a 8 month contract position in Knoxville, TN.

The person in this role will be a pragmatic change agent, helping to evolve Workday in such a way as to maximize its benefit through the use of analytics and dashboards. The position requires a highly analytical, self-motivated person who can lead HR into unleashing the capabilities of Workday.

Skills:
Must have experience with WorkDay.
Looking for someone that has designed dashboards in Workday, created reports and analyzed HR data
4-6 years of experience of reporting, preferably with experience working with global HR data.

Responsibilities:
Partners with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure the design and development of dashboards to meet the evolving needs of the business
Generates standard, custom, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports as needed by business
Delivers dashboards and Embedded analytics for Real Time decision-making
Responds to requests from HR, legal and audit
Improves the performance and experience of manager direct access with dashboard design
Provides leadership, coaching and training support on system reporting and dashboards to all other staff across the organization that have Workday reporting in their roles and responsibilities (ie. super-users, HRBP's).
Designs, develops and maintains an onboarding induction tool for reporting to new employees in roles with reporting responsibility.
Creates a network and/or community of practice across the organization to share reporting best practices.
