Workday Project Manager required for a Pharmaceutical Client of ours in Geneva, Switzerland.
ROLE
To define and manage the HRIS governance across the People systems landscape to ensure that all system related impacts to employee data and processes are managed and effective outcomes achieved.
SKILLS
- Business facing expertise with solid functional or technical Workday knowledge
- Knowledge of HRMS& Payroll systems and processes in a similar organisation
- Knowledge of HRIS in general, covering applicant tracking, on-boarding and learning platforms and integration landscapes
- HRIS implementation experience as part of a transformational change
- Good understanding and experience of business analysis skills, techniques, and practices
- Awareness of business strategy formation, business capability assessment & value management
- Good understanding of core HR business processes a deep functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules.
- Ideally have experience working with outsourced delivery partners and other 3rd party suppliers of solutions.
- Strong understanding of interactions between systems and processes
- A proactive self-starter, with excellent communication, stakeholder and organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of process improvement methodologies/Six Sigma
English speaking candidates is a must, French and German speaking candidates would be a plus but not a necessity.
