Workday Integration Lead Analyst - West London

My client is currently looking to recruit a Workday Integration Lead Analyst to join its team in West London on a contract basis. The Workday Integration Lead Analyst is required to support a Global HCM Solution. The Workday Integration Lead Analyst will work within the Application Services Team supporting the Workday project. You will be primarily focused on supporting the current steady state integrations, troubleshooting, resolving issues, and implementing fixes and enhancements as required. The Workday Integration Lead Analyst will also develop new integrations as requirements are known for future waves. They will also assist in supporting the wider company Workday environment as required. The Workday Integration Lead Analyst will liaise with Technical functional, business, vendor and infrastructure resources as required to achieve these tasks.
The successful candidate will have Workday experience in supporting and developing integrations using varied technologies. A good grounding and understanding of functional HR Cores processes is also essential.

Key skills for the Workday Integration Lead Analyst:
* Strong Skills with Standard & Core Workday Payroll Connectors (ADP / Ceridian)
* Strong Skills in XML and XSLT, and XPATH, EIB, Workday Studio
* Solid knowledge of Workday web service integrations
* Experience is supporting and troubleshooting issues in complex Workday environment
* Experience with SFTP and PGP encryption
* Strong functional knowledge with good understanding of core HR processes
* Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.
* Solid knowledge of web service integrations to provide support to our customers in their production
systems
* Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
