Projektbeschreibung

Will need experience of working on a HR/HRIS Transformation where client is moving from an on-premise HRIS to a Cloud solution. You will have extensive experience in Business Process Change Consulting roles and this must cover the areas below in an IT environment (this is not an IT role and the customer already has an IT team in place).

Process experience required in the following areas:

HR
- Performance HR
- Successions Planning HR
- Compensation including merit based incentives
- Extensive proven Business change analysis skills and expertise (5 years min).

Must have led and facilitated workshops and be keen to get into the detail of analysing as is processes and creating new best practice process and producing the documentation necessary to deliver change Preferably experience in a top 4 consultancy

Gather information, perform analysis and definition, gap and impact analysis and business case development

Solid experience of employing change management best practices and disciplines Agile methodology Process design and process mapping including TOM (Target Operating Model) design
Proven 'hands on' delivery experience In depth experience of delivering across the whole of the project life cycle Exposure to governance, control, quality, and risk management practices
Must have an engaging personality, able to act as an ambassador for the Business transformation team as you interact with users and stakeholders within the clients global business
