Workday HCM integration Lead
Location: Switzerland or Austria
6 month contract - opportunity to extend.

An excellent opportunity for a Workday HCM Integration lead to join a large international end client in Switzerland or Austria on a minimum 6 month contract with opportunity to extend! (3.5 year programme!).

Job Purpose:
The role is a project role for the time line of 3.5 years (until end 31.12.2018). It is a lead/Integration manager role within a strategic workday HR transformation program including the worldwide implementation of a new (SaaS HCM) HR cloud software called Workday. As the integration in the existing landscape of the organisation (corporate IT systems and also locally maintained systems) is a critical success factor it is needed to have a 100% role dedicated.
1.Accountable for internal and external deliverables (external providers, implementation partner) of the integration stream including the management of risk, issue, decision and defect logs
2.Responsible for the development and management of the project plan to ensure implementation success of the end to end process integration cross different systems
3.Accountable for the consistency, efficiency of the overall process and information integration between different applications including design, implementation, testing
4.Responsible to ensure the 100% alignment with the functional stream to have a seamless process integration also supported by systems (if it makes sense)

Jobholder requirements:
Educational requirements: higher degree in Business Administration or in a relevant area
Years of experience: 7+ years Professional Level
Language skills: English language on a proficient level, German wishful
