WORKDAY FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Our global client are currently recruiting for a Workday consultant on a contract basis to facilitate Workday business process updates and changes acting as a Workday specialist.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Set up, create, configure and maintain all business process/Human Capital Management
- Set up data, business process definition, steps, and condition rules.
- Be responsible for all business process definitions in Workday
- Manage all business processes
- Resolve issues escalated, manage incidents.
- Make recommendations for business process improvements
- Take an active role in testing updates and releases

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Strong functional HR knowledge, understanding of HR processes and data.
- Knowledge of Cloud based HR Management Systems
- Knowledge of HCM design, structure, functions and process/
- Experience within a large global organisation
- Both technical and functional knowledge to troubleshoot issues.
- Share best practice
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
