For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Workday Engineer Interfaces

Job description:
As an Ops Engineer Interfaces you are responsible for monitoring and management of all interfaces from and to Workday.
You perform all activities regarding the daily operations of the interfaces, like monitoring interface (run) statuses, analyzing log files for root cause purposed and manually initiating (re)runs of interfaces.
Additionally you would perform or assist in high level impact analysis as well as detailed impact analysis for all changes on the interfaces.
You are an actual engineer with a wide experience in IT reflected in your profile and spanning multiple Operating Systems and transport protocols (FTP, XFB).
You are familiar with object-based programming and you are capable of configuring Interfaces.
You are skilled in all ITIL-processes in order to ensure business continuity.
Field expertise in human resources and/or ITIL would be desirable.
As an Ops Engineer you are part of the Workday team and therefore participate in all Agile/Scum events of the team.

Your work environment:
The new overarching IT system for HR, will be implemented.
The team is responsible for the support (maintenance and change) of the products and services that are delivered by the program
