THE COMPANY

Workday Consultants required by large End-User client with expertise in Workday HCM and Workday Financial. The company is migrating to Workday from SAP (over 3,000 users).

THE ROLE

The Workday HCM and Workday Financial Consultant will each work on a dedicated area of the Workday migration. The current part of the Workday migration is now in the Testing phase the Workday Consultants would join a team of 20+ people. Start date is immediate however the client can wait up to 6 weeks for the right Workday experts.

Tasks will include Workday configuration, definition and implementation of Workday processes, mapping existing SAP processes to Workday, testing, data migration, and some key user training on Workday.

THE PERSON

The successful Workday Consultant must have the following skills/experience:

- Workday implementations
- Data migration
- English-speaking
- Workday processes
- Testing
- Functional experience - Workday documentation, key user training
- Workday Financial or Workday HCM

The ideal Workday Consultant will also have one or more of the below (but these are not essential!):

- Consulting background in Workday projects
- Migration from SAP to Workday
- German language
