Workday Consultant

KPMG are currently looking to recruit a number of Workday Consultants to work closely with key clients in London. The role will initially be a 3 month contract paying a competitive daily rate.

As a Workday Consultant you will work closely with KPMG leadership and clients to define and deliver HR technology strategy by successfully leading the design and configuration of Workday's HCM solution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Be a core engagement team member for Workday deployment projects; leading work streams for the duration of a project

Support the client through process configuration in Workday and enable them to optimise their processes and maximise the benefits of Workday functionality

Advise on technical integration of the Workday application with other client and 3rd party applications such as payroll, benefits and finance systems

Advise on data migration and data integrity as part of a Workday deployment engagement

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Workday certification required - either core HCM Core or one of the below:

Reporting Certification
-

Compensation Certification
-

Benefits Certification

-

Experience working on global Workday HCM implementations

Hands on experience of Workday HCM, including one full life cycle Workday implementation
-

Experience in working with all phases of an implementation life cycle and knowledge of implementation methodology

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
